These terms apply to your use of planyourroute.online ("the site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Using the planner
Plan Your Route is a free tool for planning trips. You may use it for personal and business purposes, provided you don't:
- Use automated tools to send large volumes of requests or copy the site's content
- Try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services it relies on
- Use the site for anything unlawful
2. Estimates only
Routes, distances, travel times, arrival times, fuel costs and other figures are estimates. They're based on map data and typical conditions, and don't account for live traffic, road closures, weather or local restrictions. Always follow road signs, traffic laws and instructions from the authorities, and use your own judgment. Don't operate a phone or computer while driving.
3. Accuracy of content
We try to keep our articles and the planner accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free. Things like toll prices, speed limits and fuel prices change, so check official sources before relying on them.
4. Third-party content and links
The site uses map data, search and routing from third parties and shows advertising provided by Google. We link to other websites for your convenience. We're not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and graphics belong to Plan Your Route unless stated otherwise. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database License. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including missed appointments, fines, fuel costs or delays.
7. Changes
We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.
